Every great milk punch we make starts with a fantastic oleo-saccharum. For this batch we used lemons, limes and strawberries which gave us a deeply rich and nuanced base. To that we added 4 liters of @rayumezcal that we infused with pink peppercorn, @stgeorgespirits absinthe, La MADRE Vermouth and many others. The final product is a gorgeous light pink hue that tastes sweet and earthy, with pink peppercorn and anise notes with a rich ripened berry mouth feel. Get CRUSHED.
