Beyond humbled by this amazing and incredibly kind outreach from our community. Thank you from the depths of my soul. This month is set to be Hotsource Yoga’s ...10 year anniversary. While this is not at all the vision I had of 2020.. while this certainly was not on my dream board or in any of my future plans.. this is in fact what the universe has dealt us. THIS IS US. So many of our friends and family are suffering. So many have lost. Lives, jobs, relationships, homes.... Every single one of us is grieving something and yet we cannot possibly imagine what the other is feeling or facing. For me the only consistent answer to literally every issue has been compassion and kindness. Unconditional. I love you. I miss you. I respect you. I want nothing more than to continue to support you all. To continue to provide a home for you and all of the amazing, priceless and incredible instructors whom which we all adore! Regardless of your position, your political views, your choices during this pandemic and beyond. I see you. I feel you. I have faith in you. I need you. I believe in you. Mostly I AM GRATEFUL FOR YOU. I have FAITH in our community and in our studio. I have HOPE that we will emerge stronger and more resilient. I also am unapologetically praying BOLDLY for our survival! Making the extremely difficult but conscientious decision to go strictly online classes at Hotsource. This will be effective IMMEDIATELY. While I am not afraid ...or panicking I am responding as a leader in this community to our nations outcry for support. I do not need to be right or wrong. I believe in all of you and will always be here to remind you that this too shall pass. My staff and I are working on moving away from social media as our platform for sharing class. An email will be sent with our chosen platform this afternoon. I will be donating 100% of the studios income during this time to the Red Cross. So please consider joining me in this effort and let’s be the change for the world. I love you all. I am sorry and I’ll see you daily at 9am for 90 minutes of mindfulness.
