As part of HOC's ongoing effort to reach the local hospice and nursing home community in this time of social distancing, Gulia Gurevich shared her incredible skill as a concert violinist with one of our local board & care facilities. Such a beautiful Sunday morning. What a gift!

Help HOC reach our goal of $10,000! While the GIVE65 Event officially kicks off at 5 a.m. (CDT) on July 15, we can start accepting scheduled donations on July 13. Hospice of the Conejo provides long-term, therapist-led grief counseling to seniors completely FREE OF CHARGE. We have an extensive network of wonderful, compassionate volunteers who provide emotional support and companionship at the end of life. Through the COVID-19 pandemic, our ERRAND ANGELS program has been helping seni...ors who cannot leave their homes. We've also created a team of grief-support volunteers who call the newly bereaved, offering a compassionate ear to grief that has been compounded by isolation. ALL of our services are completely free of charge44 years and counting! We are passionate about serving the Conejo Valley senior community. Help us keep doing the good work! THANK YOU!!!
