Police Report and a witness said my client was at fault in a huge intersection accident. Both my client and the other driver stated they were traveling in the same direction. It was undisputed that the light in that direction of travel was green. Someone was lying. The damage to both cars indicated that my client was the car traveling through the green light but the insurance company and the defense attorney would not budge because of the witness and the police report. Offer was zero for nearly 3 years.
