I originally met @dredre415 at an open house in Hayward about 4 years ago, and at the time she mentioned how she was interested in buying a house but she wanted to finish nursing school first. We stayed in touch throughout the years, and then she wondered if buying a house during this pandemic was even a possibility! I told her there were new policies in place but that it was definitely a great time to b...uy, and out we went in our search We got into contract on this great home in a great location only to run into some serious obstacles with the seller My buyers stuck through it, we were able to get some great credits for them, and three months later, they got the keys to their beautiful home!!!
