As the shelter-in-place order is maturing, people are rethinking their lifestyle. Some are considering moving away not from just the city, but from commute conv...enient locations in exchange for a little slice of paradise: elbow room, less vehicle noise and birds singing. Areas that are more secluded, in range of good restaurants and entertainment might become more attractive than being say close to a commuter train. Will this be a passing phase? My guess is no.
