Many of you have reached out with regard to this week’s ruling by the city, lifting the state-mandated stay-at-home order and allowing restaurants to resume on-site dining services. While we desperately look forward to the day when normalcy is restored to our hospitality community, the Mister A’s team has made the decision to follow the guidelines as they are outlined by the state until additional clarity is available. We recognize this is a fluid situation and while we’d... love nothing more to welcome you back on the 12th floor, our responsibility to protect our staff, our guests, and our community rests above all. Starting this week, we're introducing Golden Hour, that highly anticipated window of relaxation with perfect lighting that rests somewhere between the end of your workday and the setting of the sun. A special Golden Hour menu includes craft cocktails and wine selections by the bottle and glass so you can sip and savor the idyllic setting. Appetizers including prime beef tartare, Osetra caviar, and our famous truffle mac & cheese from culinary director Stephane Voitzwinkler as... well as our full dessert menu from executive pastry chef John Brockway will be available. Golden Hour starts this week with seatings every day, excluding Thanksgiving and Tuesday - Sunday thereafter. The phones are ringing again. We’ve missed this sound and our dining room full of guests, along with the familiar acoustics of a restaurant perched high above a bustling city. But most all, we’ve missed you: our guests. We couldn’t be more thrilled to announce that Mister A’s will reopen for full dine-in service on ... Monday, June 1st with extended outdoor patio seating to enjoy our incomparable panoramic city views. In an effort to embark on this new journey following our temporary closure, Mister A’s staff will enforce all state and government requirements and suggestions and will be implementing new protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees. In order to be completely transparent in our efforts, we’ve included an abridged version of our protocols and policies being introduced in the subsequent slides, with the full version available on our website. Our goal is to create a seamless, non-invasive experience where our service and offerings can shine in this new era and where our guests can enjoy as they always have. We truly look forward to embarking on this new era of San Diego fine dining with our community, family and friends for 55 years and counting with a modern, necessary interpretation of hospitality for us all to trust and enjoy.
