Good Morning! Just a couple things... The pool is now closed for the season. Please do not leave water outside for any animals... The ash currently in the air creates poisoned water.... Parking in the street (which is also a fire lane) is still against park rules so please do not park on the street. Please continue to keep your lot clean and properly maintained so we do not become the next wildfire in the news. Thank you! :-)

Our Park wide HCD inspection will be on Wednesday the 26th. I do not expect any changes to this date so please be prepared! Thank you and have a great weekend! :-)

The park wide HCD inspection has been postponed again. At this time we do not have another date. I will keep you all posted as best as I can!

For any of you who may be concerned about "rolling blackouts" (temporary power outages) This WILL NOT affect us. PG&E is doing rolling blackouts, however the park gets our electricity from SMUD and SMUD (so far) has no plans for blackouts or temporary outages.

As of tomorrow morning 7/17/2020 the office will once again be closed due to COVID-19. I will be inside working, but due to the small size of my office, I will not be conducting any business in person inside the office. Please conduct business via Phone, Email, USPS, or Drop slot.... If you have business that requires face to face meeting, please call first so I can properly prepare. Thank you!

Just a couple reminders: 1. the office will be closed Friday July 3rd 2. Fireworks of any kind are NOT allowed in the park 3. NO FIREWORKS IN THE PARK! 4. ...one more time for the kids in the back... POOL IS OPEN!!! Again, for RESIDENTS ONLY, no guests at this time. This means no grand-kids, friends, and so on. Only folks who are registered, authorized residents are allowed in the pool at this time.... Please continue to practice social distancing while using the pool and please read all the new signs and information posted on the gate. Pool hours are 8am to 7pm 7 days a week. Pool may be closed again temporarily from time to time for maintenance as per usual procedure.

MANDATORY MASKS! Here are the guidelines for when and where the new mandatory mask law applies.

We will be able to open the pool the end of this week, however there will be some new rules for pool use due to COVID-19 and the guidelines that have been passed down to us. Please do not ask us to change these rules or make exceptions because it is not up to us, we are following rules from higher up governing bodies just as other businesses are. Please be sure to check for and read the new signs posted in the pool area. The most major change/new rule is that the pool is now... for RESIDENTS ONLY until further notice. NO GUESTS at this time. We understand this may be upsetting for those who like to bring their family members and other over to swim, but again, this is not OUR rule, it comes from much higher up. We apologize for the inconvenience but the pool is still closed at this time. Unfortunately it is not up to the Management or owners as to when we are allowed to re-open, it is up to Sacramento County. Being a 55+ community means we are in the highest risk group and therefore the last to be able to open things back up. It is likely the pool will remain closed through the season. You ARE allowed to use personal size (kiddie) pools at your site as long as they are emptied each... day and stored in a manner that will not hold water and become a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Hello All A brief update on the road work: As of right now, the road work is estimated to be completed on or about the 20th of June. Until then we still need you to use the BACK entrance and stay off of the road while the workers are in the park. Right now they are pouring cement which must cure for at least a week. ... You are NOT allowed to drive over this cement even if it appears to be dry! As a reminder, the workers do not work weekends or after 5pm and also may not be n the park working while the cement cures. These are the only times you are free to drive on the dirt portion of the road if you feel safe enough to do so.
