Last night was the first series race of the Gold Rush Summer Series at Auburn Performance Raceway Dirt Oval and I had a Rocket in SC MOD last night. I TQ'd in t...he first round and right at the start of the Main I started to pull away from the field and was throwing down a fast pace but nearing the end I got taken out by a lap car and ended upside down for some substantial amount of time in the front stretch. Once I got going again I ended up pressing to much and made a mistake that dropped me down to third and ran out of time. I was real happy with my new GensAce 5800 batteries from HobbyBatteryz.com with the consent power it supplied all night long for my SC Mod. In Mod Sprint I qualified 3rd and move up to 2nd in the main but on lap 6 I got into a car that spun in turn 3 and broke a front A-arm.
