The lumber market has been on a terror since Spring (higher by leaps). Nothing lasts forever. Some stability in this market would be welcome. I hope the author has incorporated the humongous loss of resource due to the Calif., Oregon, and Washington fires into this forecast....

California isn't the only state that is burning. Oregon and Washington are growing disasters as well. This is just sickening to see this kind of resource go up in smoke.
