Update: Owners located and both dogs are safe at home!! HELP US FIND THE OWNER A Good Sam found this shepherd and a small cream colored Chihuahua mix, sitting in the grass area of El Dorado Park, located in Salinas. With no obvious owners nearby and blood visible on the hind legs of the Shepherd, they took action and brought the dogs into safety. The Shepherd appears to be partially paralyzed, not in pain, but limited mobility. The Shepherd is a female, approximately 5-6... years old, wearing a blue and orange collar. The Chihuahua is described as a male, cream in color wearing a green color- no tags. Unfortunately, both dogs are NOT chipped.
