FUN FACT OF THE DAY A muscle dehydrated by a mere 3% will have a decrease in strength of up to 10%. Always have water handy when exercising it’s the most powerful supplement on the market.... Some great tips of making 8 cups of water per day not feel like a task: Keep a cut of water by your bed so as soon as you wake up, you can complete your first cup of water Buy a gallon jug with a handle. Sharpie linear lines with time, one hour apart from each other, and write a time next to the line. (Example: since I wake up at 4:00am and finish eating dinner at 7:00pm, I will have linear lines with times 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00 and so forth going down the jug) Make sure once you have passed the time of day that was written on your jug, your water level is either at that line or underneath it making your way to the next hour marker. Buy yourself a nice looking water bottle. It will make you want to use it more than say an old and beat up water bottle. (recommendation: HIIT Fitness water bottle) Add some spice of life to your water. A nice touch of cucumber, mint, and lemon not only tastes refreshing, but it aids digestion. Eat more fruits and veggies. They have a high water content. When you are out to dinner, always order water. Don't give yourself a choice. Go hydrate!
