Music Therapy!!!!

Heritage Crossing is now offering music therapy. One of our amazing nurse’s Jackie (Jacqueline Jewel) is a music teacher. She will be singing and playing a variety of instruments every Wednesday from 3-4pm for our patients and families.

URGENTLY HIRING Valley Regional Home Health and Hospice is looking to add 2 full time Hospice RN's to our growing Hospice team. JOB DESCRIPTION:... The Hospice RN is responsible for providing excellent compassionate care to patients who require one on one attention at home and at our in patient facility Heritage Crossing. Our Hospice team consists of Physicians, RN's, LVN's, HHA's, Social Workers, Chaplain and office staff. The Hospice RN will collaborate with our Hospice team to provide excellent care to our patients. The Hospice RN will initiate the plan of care, counsel patient's and their families about appropriate healthcare instructions related to the plan of care. QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of CA. No Expereince required. Understands the philosophy and principles of death and dying. Ability to work well with others. Self motivated. Detail oriented. Highly organized.
