DISTRIBUTION TODAY !! We have A LOT of produce today and our fridges are full ! We have received over 170 boxes of food this week !!!! We are grateful for the amazing community of givers !! Doors are open from 4:30-6:30pm $5 (Seniors 60+ and Veterans)... $10 for all others Unlimited fruits/produce and bread and bakery !! We also have clothing and shoes and books!!! ($1 per item)

If your free tomorrow (Sunday) from 1:00-3:00pm we need volunteers ! We have about 60-70 boxes of food being donated and we have to process all the boxes !! So grateful!!!!

A HUGE shout out to NorthPark Community Church and Pastor Bob Hudson for the food drive they did during SuperBowl weekend ! We appreciate your generosity to the food pantry !!!

WOW !!! What a month ! January 2020 was a busy month for HTC. We moved into a new location and set up our pantry in Castaic! We definitely can’t do this with VOLUNTEERS!! We appreciate your time and commitment more than we can ever express !!! We are still entering numbers but this is what has happened - 300 families were fed !!!! 521 Volunteer Hours... 184 Volunteers And many donations (see pics) From people in the community as well as different businesses and organizations Checkmat Valencia Students from WRHS, SHS, VHS, Canyon High, Rio Norte Jr High, Golden Valley Transitional Adult Program, Peoples Care, William Rhodes Hervey Lodge 767, Stratton International, KLM Ministry, Church of Latter Day Saints, Academy of the Canyons, Live Oak Elementary and if I missed you I am sorry let me know and I will give you a shout out !! This is what your grocery gift cards and cash donations provide !!! Thank you to those that have so generously given !!! You don’t realize what a little milk and eggs does for someone in need !!!

The Food Pantry is having a food distribution tonight from 4:30-6:30pm 31910 Castaic Road Entrance is in the back of building There is A LOT of food they need to distribute including eggs and milk and meat (chicken/beef/turkey’s/lunch meat) and produce and fruit ! ... Please pass the word along for those that are struggling or they just need some food. Food Donations are: $5 (seniors/veterans) $10 everyone else Thank you for passing the information around !!!
