the helmuth grand finale is tonight. it begins at sunset and goes as late as you all want it to go. this is our space and we do what we want. @andrewalcasid has been working hard and this show feels like a perfect way to say goodbye to the block feeling proud of what we all built together here.

welcoming andrew alcasid as our final artist in residence. @andrewalcasid will be working with the space as we tear down the lofts and prepare to vacate the block. it’s time to move on. final show at this location will be saturday march 30th (with gallery hours sunday the 31st) ...and we will all be locked out as of monday april 1st... working on programming a few events leading up to the end times. please stay tuned thank you ...
