Hello everyone, Having hard time breathing or feeling congested? Try this pear-ginger tea and sip it throughout the day for respiratory health. Combine 2-3 ripe chopped pears and slices of ginger in a pot with 10 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to let simmer 20-30 minutes, or until the pears are very tender. I've also added a couple of my favorite teas, including licorice and turmeric to add more flavor. You can also add honey or cinnamon. I hope you enjoy it!
