Here's how I make my DELICIOUS Tiramisu Shakeology recipe!! A girl needs to look and feel good inside and out We need our coffee AND superfoods, ladies!! TAG your bestie who would love to try this Sharing is caring!!! I love being able to change up my recipe and to keep it special! COMBINE 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled tsp. pure rum extract (you could use rum extract but it's not something in my pantry!) 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology... 1 Tbsp. mascarpone (or part-skim ricotta cheese) 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup ice Blend and ENJOY! I've been drinking my Shakeology for over two years now, every day. It's quick, easy, LOADED with superfoods that are too expensive on their own, and it's been cheaper for me than the sugary coffees that pack on the pounds and eventually make me crash!! 7 pounds gone in three days! It's not easy but it simple! I'm so happy I refreshed before the holidays, because I feel fantastic; light and alive. I myself don't usually believe in quick fixes because the truth is there really aren't any. However if you're looking for something to jumpstart a more long-term regime, the 3- day refresh is it. I will be honest, I didn't have a ton to lose, but after visiting New York to see my family and various celebrations I had definitely los...t track of my goals and needed to refresh.
