THIS SUNDAY! I hope you can make it down to Vail HQ! I’m warming everyone up before the 5K, running the 5k to benefit Michelle’s place (local cancer resource center) and then after the 5K at 10:30am I’m co-teaching yoga with Michelle Michbehavin Rotell and Christi Vidrio! It’s gonna be an AMAZING morning! $35 to walk/run the 5K, yoga portion is FREE! Donations welcome, and all go to Michelle’s place! ...

A FREE yoga class got added on to the Walk of Hope event next Sunday! I’ll be co-teaching! Stay for yoga after the 5K or just come for the yoga! Michelle, Christi, and I will lead you through a healing practice and any donations made will all go straight to Michelle’s place! We’d love to see you there!
