To my wonderful clients, Thank you for your support during these challenging days of temporary business closures and safer-at-home mandates. I love your enthusiasm for what it is I do, and I truly miss you all so much! Though we've all discovered some silver linings during our time spent at home, we're anxious to get back to doing what we love Our community has been seeing some success in flattening the curve, and I am optimistic that Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties will... allow us to open the doors in a modified capacity soon. Like most of you, we've been following all local, state, federal, and health department information on how to best stay safe while moving toward functional business operations in this new climate. When will this happen? Statistics are updated and recommendations are changed daily, but we hope to be open in the next few weeks. Rest assured, you will receive an announcement as soon as I have a firm date, to get you feeling rejuvenated again! In preparation for the reopening, please call or text me to be added to my appointment list, and I’ll put you on my schedule as soon as is available. If you had an appointment that was canceled because of the temporary closure, you already have a tentative appointment and will be taken care of in order of appointment. In the meantime, see below for a look at some of the changes we've put in place at the salon for the foreseeable future. In the meantime I encourage us all to be mindful of healthy living practices of nourishing our minds, body and soul. Practice changes: The Hair Lounge of Montecito has undergone a makeover, to reflect the 6 foot distance regulations. The salon is reopening with a clean, fresh palette. Safety masks will be worn by all staff. Hopefully, our smiles will still show through! I ask that all clients to wear a mask in the salon. If you don't have one, I will provide one for you. COVID-19-specific safety and aseptic measures will be added to our standard safety procedures. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or have had close contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of or diagnosed with COVID-19, or have had recent travel, we ask you that you reschedule your appointment. We will not be enforcing our cancellation policy for any COVID-19 related issues. We will be asking clients to in their cars or stand outside until called in for their appointment. We are encouraging hands free payment options. If paying with credit card no need for signature from client, if you have a Venmo account that is another great option.
