This is a great list! I might add taking a moment to just feel your body supported by the surface you’re sitting/lying on. Notice all the parts of your body as they contact the surfaces of the chair/bed. Allow yourself to be cradled there. This can be incredibly grounding. Can you think of any more ways you combat anxiety in these overwhelming times? Please feel free to share them in the comments. https://www.psychologytoday.com//50-strategies-beat-anxiety

Fabulous night spent with friends and colleagues as we celebrated the opening of our beautiful new office space! Feel so lucky to be having this experience of connection and creativity!

Had a great time connecting (and reconnecting!) with fellow therapists at our Suite One mixer this afternoon. Feels so good to showcase an office space I’m so grateful to call my own!
