Tonight’s Full Moon - Lunar Eclipse means a double dose of release. It is what has been causing the intensified energies you’ve been feeling over the last two weeks. When we know this, we are much more able to navigate our emotions in a positive way. You may have been feeling flu, or cold like symptoms when you are not actually sick, a mental compression, emotional/physical pain, tightness in your muscles, or physically drained. Listen to your body. Don’t push yourself. You m...ay be finding it difficult to think clearly and want to put off activities that may need mental aptitude, or focus as this energy is intensified due to the lunar eclipse. Especially, if you are resisting letting go of that which no longer serves you. Have meaningful conversations that you have been putting off and watch your tongue. But take heart, a lunar eclipse brings natural resolution, and things seem to fix themselves. The Full moon magnifies the lunar eclipse power and imbues us with the strength to release and increase our personal transformations that began last month. You are meant to release this old energy, and unwanted habits that are lingering. Ask to be shown the next steps you are to take in your life.
