Want the energy of a child!? I hear it all the time: Oh how I’d love to tap-into the energy of a child! Well, to fully understand this *theory that I’m going to discuss ... we must first understand how we loose the energy that we once had as a child It’s damaged tissue!! That scuff or that banged elbow ... the skinned knee or the bumped head Most of us lack understanding of the mechanics of the body at the cellular level This is a known fact: that, the healthy cel...ls immediately start encapsulating the damaged cells. It’s a body mechanism Drawing energy away from the body as a whole ... diverting energy to the injured region of the body so as to continue in our day-to-day lives unhindered by the hurt ... encapsulating ... its a body mechanism for survival The mind also is diverted as we (so called) walk-it-off Kinda like that dimmer switch attached to the chandelier above our dining room table to give a romantic ambiance for that special dinner ... so too the child settles down over time having less energy ... most view this to be a blessing as a child filled with energy is much harder to control and keep under submission ... sadly So subtle ... So minuscule but, little by little the energy is diverted ... now busy encapsulating each and every scuff and bruise ... slowly dimming ... not so romantic like the chandelier huh?! The body is now using X amount of energy to encapsulate this damaged tissue and continues this allotment of energy given-over to this, and each of our injuries forever! It never stops encapsulating for our entire life! (many call this scar tissue It’s actually knurled-up connective tissue) So the body has now given-over X amount of energy (that the child had) now busy on this one injury or a multitude of injuries! Well, the body is so drained from the busy-ness of encapsulating the damaged tissue that there is nothing left to run-on ... How many injuries over a lifetime? Thousands! Hence the lack of energy! Broadening our understanding of the body ... Our energy level ... Our overall joy in our day-to-day lives! *theory: I used this word so you might continue reading but! This so called theory has been a learned-fact in my own live and through my own personal experiences in my body ... just this week I was paying my water bill at the city offices of San Juan Capistrano talking to a woman and told her my age 61 ... She said: I’d of guessed you were in your thirties ... not so much by your looks but! Your Energy Stoked Me Out!!
