With the warm weather approaching us remember to stay rested, and well hydrated this 4th of July weekend!

Everyone is asking what we at the Healing Center are taking during this flu season to stay healthy. We are washing our hands, taking our supplements, eating well, and sleeping well. If you want to boost your immune system come on in for a treatment.

The holidays are full of fun and lots of yummy foods. But when there over and you need a reboot I have the solution. Let's reboot together starting January 2nd. PM me and I will give you all the information.

What more can we do? We have all asked ourselves this question. The Healing Center will be accepting donations at both locations, Red Bluff and Chico. New and gently used items will be accepted. Heres a good soup to help with all the dry lungs we are experiencing because of the fires.

"What more can you do?" Those words have had such an impact on my life since I read the book On Fire. I was fortunate to meet the author John O'Leary - Live Inspired. And hear him speak on 2 occasions. Both times he asked the audience that very question. The Healing Center has decided to DO MORE this year. In honor of three beautiful and precious women that lost their battle to cancer, Debbie Lytle, and Ruth Virchow, both coworkers and my sister in law Rose Votaw we will be fundraising for the next 6 months and all funds will go to the North Valley Sparrow Association. Watch for more details on our fundraising events and hear some stories about my friendship with these wonderful women.

It is with heavy hearts that we share with you the passing of our beloved team member, massage therapist Ruth Virchow. Ruth passed away peacefully on Monday after a short battle with cancer. She was amazing member of our practice and a friend to all. She will be missed.
