The office will be open on Wednesday and Friday this week to see emergency people that are in need of an adjustment. Please use precaution and STAY home if you feel any sort of sick symptoms. Stay healthy and home if you can help it!

We have decided in the best interest of our patient's and ourselves it is best to close down the office for at least this week. I will be in to check the answering machine and schedule patients in the future. For now, please stay home and healthy.

To maintain proper posture, you need to have adequate muscle flexibility and strength, normal joint motion in the spine and other body regions, as well as efficient postural muscles that are balanced on both sides of the spine.
