Dear Resident(s), We are excited to let you know that we will be reopening the pools and spas on Thursday, February 25th. We appreciate your patience and support throughout the quarantine period. With the reopening comes rules of amenity engagement and use, which coincide with CDC-endorsed health and safety protocols. Enhanced cleaning and sensitization is central to our standards. The rules for amenity use, which will be in effect for the foreseeable future are:... Hours of Operation: M 8:30AM - 5:00PM T 8:30AM - 5:00PM W 8:30AM - 5:00PM TH 8:30AM - 5:00PM F 8:30AM - 5:00PM S 8:30AM - 4:00PM SU 8:30AM - 4:00PM Maximum Capacity: North Pool- 7 people North Spa- 1 person (or 1 household) South Pool- 8 people South Spa- 1 person (or 1 household) No guests are permitted at this time, given the reduced capacity. Maintain social distancing of 6 feet or more between people from different households. For outdoor amenities: Face coverings are required when social distancing is not possible. Face coverings are not required inside the pool water. We have rearranged furniture for social distancing. Please do not move furniture. Entry and Exit Gates are marked to support social distancing. Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation and support in honoring these rules. We look forward to keeping our amenities open for as long as these health and safety measures are followed. We will continue to monitor state and local regulations related to the use of our amenity spaces, and will adjust our guidance along the way, if needed. Each year here at Equity, throughout the organization, we come together to celebrate Pride. Historically, we show our support and allyship to the LGBTQ+ community, through attending and sponsoring various events and parades. Due to COVID-19, we cannot come together to celebrate Pride Month physically, but we can still show our support from a distance. Let’s come together from a distance by showing our support fairness and equality for all... We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations, and provide allyship for our LGBTQ+ communities. Collectively, each one of us can help create an equal world.
