MONDAY (6:40- 8:10 pm) Book of James: The Victorious Christian Life (2 units) James writes about the daily realities of living for Christ. His epistle is packed with practical wisdom that speaks into our own lives in this crazy world of the twenty-first century. James deals with the sufferings and trials we all experience, and shows the way to victory. He takes a no-nonsense approach to issues of right and wrong, helping to overcome the rationalizations rife in today’s society. This course will detail the background of this epistle and then go through the rich spiritual lessons and insights it offers.
