The State and City guidelines now permit us to return to our offices and to perform elective surgeries and non-invasive aesthetic procedures. . We have received many emails and messages from you, our patients, expressing your good wishes and eagerness to see us again. The feeling has been mutual. . Besides loving our work, we have greatly missed our personal as well as our professional relationships with you.... . In opening, we have instituted strict safety measures in both the surgery center as well as the office. . We have retained the services of a special cleaning consulting company to clean the facilities before reopening and to advise us as to how to maintain that level throughout the workday. . Doing so will necessitate a slightly longer turnover time between patient visits. . The staff and I will be wearing KN95 masks and gloves at all times. Surgical masks will be provided to all patients when they arrive. Obviously they will be removed when surgeries or treatments are performed. . We will limit the number of patients in the common areas and seating will be altered to observe proper spacing. . Everyone entering the facilities will have a temperature check. This, of course, includes all of the staff. . Multiple stations with hand sanitizers will be distributed throughout the facilities. .
