2020 COMPASS reflections

As we reflect on our past year of sales at HHG, we wanted to recognize a few of our client’s achievements. This notable celebrity mid-century home in Laurel Canyon was a first time renovation project for one of my dearest clients. By trade my client is an established European and Los Angeles artist/director, however she was inspired by the true to era bones of this post & beam mid-century residence. She took an artist’s approach of perfection when designing the renovation. No...t a dime was spared, while she contracted well known local artists for various pieces throughout. She also took advantage of Compass’s Concierge Program that offers up front funding at zero interest or cost to make improvements to increase home value. We are proud to note that this home sold for $200k over asking price during the second month of the pandemic.
