Harding Performance BootCamp 14.11.2020

The Bikes have been feeling lonely and they miss you!! Update: We just finished our online program and we have been preparing for our doors to be open. We dont have an "official" date but just know it WILL happen this month!! Thank you for being patient and understanding during this unprecedented time. When we do open, just know we will do everything in our power with your guys safety and health being put first. Stay tuned for official date post next.

Harding Performance BootCamp 06.11.2020

Workout #6 "Warm up" 20 minutes of walking lunges outside . If you wish not to go outside you can do stationary alternating forward lunges for 20 minutes. No stopping in between in your lunges either you must continue to walk as many steps as possible.... Workout 30 min AMRAP Set your timer for 30 minutes and get as many sets as possible done in that time. 10 DB swings( 2 dumbbells or any weighted equipment you have) 10 burpee 20 Plank Squat Thrusts (stay in plank position on elbows the whole time, jump your feet up and back) 20- Standing Alternating Shoulder Press( 10 each arm) 20 total 30- Side Plank Dips each side 1 minute run Repeat for 30 minutes Happy Wednesday. Go make yourself proud today!!

Workout #5 Warmup -Perform usual mobility stretches 1 min - Single Leg Glute bridge hold... - Plank mountain climbers- on Elbows Repeat 4x Workout 20 seconds of each exercise with minimal rest in between(Explosive Tempo) 1.Squat Jumps 2.PLYO Push ups( hands must come off ground) 3.Low Jumping Lunges- Stay low! 4.Sit ups Rest 30 seconds and Repeat 5x 30 seconds of each exercise with minimal rest in between( FAST TEMPO) 1.Speed Squats 2.Push ups 3. Alternating Forward Lunges(add weight) 4. Plank Punches Rest 1 min and Repeat 3x 40 seconds of each exercise with minimal rest in between(PULSING TEMPO) 1.Squat Pulses(add weight) 2.Push up Pulses- (only come up halfway) 3.Lunge Pulses ( 40 seconds each side) 4.V ups- (add weight) Rest 1min and Repeat 4x . 50 seconds of each exercise with minimal rest in between (Isometric Holds) 1.Squat Hold 2.Push up Hold 3.Lunge Hold( each side) 4.V UP Hold Rest 1 minute and repeat 3x Enjoy!!!!!! BODYWEIGHT ONLY 45 Seconds on 15 seconds off 1. Walkout + 2 tuck jump 2. Squat Jumps 3. Push ups... 4. Broad jumps 5. V UPS 6. Suicide plank with plank jacks 7. Jumping lunges 8. Bear Crawl up and back 3 steps 9. Side plank dips one side 10. Side plank dips other side Take a 90 second break, repeat 3-4x Core 100 bicycle crunches 2 min plank. Repeat 3x Finisher 5 burpees, 10 star jump, 15 burpee 20 star jump, 50 plank shoulder taps. Have fun Tag us during your workout Keep it going Fam

Effective IMMEDIATELY March 18, 2020. It is with tremendous sadness that we have decided to end this current session and TEMPORARILY close our doors for at least the rest of this month. We will update you as April gets closer . Our heart is and always will be in this busines in serving this community that we are forever thankful for. We love doing all that we can to keep you guys mentally and physically healthy... . We take great pride in creating a safe, energetic atmosphere and building an authentic community that is tough to duplicate. Our workouts are never the same and ALL of you continuously strive to get better it's an amazing sight. We will not stop in doing all that we can for you during this unfortunate time. We will continue to walk this road together and be there for you whenever you need . From the bottom of our hearts guys THANK YOU. Thank you to so many of you have supported HP for so many years we never take this opportunity that we have for granted.
