We have been leaving in our new apartment for about 2 months. The process to get this property took about 2 weeks. This is my second time applying for an apartment with this company and both times it was very smooth. The 1st time I applied kinda late and they let me know by e-mail and mail why I was not selected to get it. A lot of reviews says it takes too long, but this is a big company is expect it. Be patient and apply as soon as the property opens and you'll have more ch...ances of getting the property. I wanted to say that the team was really nice and friendly. When I called they always answered my questions and were really nice and respectful. Amy and gaby handled my application and kept me informed of what things they needed and when they received in a timely manner. Also, they did take a few days to remove the rently lock, which worried me, but the listing was not available on rently anymore. The lock was removed after a home inspection. During the home inspection I pointed out that a wall was broken on the outside. They fixed the wall that was broken on the outside and painted the outside like 2 days after. Wonderful experience with Scott. He helped me find perfect place for me and my family. He walked through every process with me. Very professional and patient. My husband and I just sold our condo and needed to find a house to rent. Time was not on our side as we only had a few days until our closing date. There were other properties we were looking at through other companies but they didn't work out due to timing. Thankfully we found a house we liked online and saw that it was listed through Harbor Property Management. I reached out to Guillermo as the listing instructed, and set up a viewing of the property for the same day. After... my husband and I saw the home, we were in contact with Guillermo right away. He assisted us with getting through the process and expressed his understanding for our urgency to move quickly. The whole process took a couple of days - which I understand is much quicker than usual. Guillermo kept me updated daily so I knew we were being taken care of. As soon as we found out we were approved we were able to get to the office and sign paperwork right away. Amy assisted us with the paperwork and logistics and everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. I am so happy none of the other companiesproperties worked out because I am so pleased with our experience so far with Harbor Property Management. Not to mention this was one of the cleanest homes I have toured through our whole search. When we rented an apartment managed by Harbor Property Management they were great at welcoming my husband and I into the building, getting us the keys that we needed and remote for the garage. All of the staff was wonderful especially the Manager Scott. Harbor City Property Management has been great too work with since the moment I contacted them looking for an apartment. All of the staff has been very friendly and helpful . Since I have moved in Michelle Kho has been amazing . Very attentive and responsive to any questions or maintenance issues I have had . She always follows up with me and has been very kind and patient . If and when I move I would love to stay with Harbor Property Management due to the great service they have provided thus far

I found an affordable 2 bedroom apartment from Harbor Properties when I was relocating from Kansas. I specifically worked with Christina who made the entire process very easy for me. I didn't qualify for the first place I applied for but she got my application switched to another property and I was approved within a week. Communication was easy, she was always available. After I was approved she continued to help providing me with information about the area I was moving into, making my cross country less stressful then what I anticipated.
