To our customers, As you may know, our business has been allowed to re-open. We will be opening our business on June 19, 2020. We are adhering to our normal business hours: Monday-Saturday from 9am-7pm and Sunday from 10am-5pm. We are experiencing a backlog, and we are doing our best to accommodate each one of our customers. You can reach us at (916) 684-2989 if you would like to make an appointment. There will be no walk-in, so please call the salon on our reopening date. ... How we are reopening: We will be following the CDC's recommended guidelines to keep our employees and customers safe. We encourage our customers to wear masks or facial coverings, wash/sanitize your hands before coming to the store, and -- most importantly -- stay at home if you are feeling sick. To ensure employees and customer maintain distance, we will limit the number of customers in at a time, we ask that you wait in your car until we text or call you, and we ask that you don't bring any additional person with you. Hello to our loyal clients! We hope all of you are taking care of yourselves and your families. We do not have an official reopening date by the state as of yet. Until then, our highest priority is making sure we will be operating in the safest and responsible manner we can. We will be following the CDC guidelines, the CA Board of Barbering&Cosmetology, and other sources to best implement the safer opening. ... Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the following state-mandated guidelines will be in place: -We will not be accepting any walk-ins for the time being. -No guests or children are allowed in the lobby or waxing rooms. -Clients will be required to bring and wear their own masks/face coverings at all times within the salon. -Clients may be required to wait outside/in-vehicle if the lobby is full. -We will not be doing any waxing until services are allowed to resume -If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, such as frequent cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, the recent loss of taste/smell, or have had recent contact with a Covid-19 patient, please reschedule your appointment for a date at least two weeks in the future.
