Hi yogis We’re excited to host not just one but TWO workshops this month featuring both foundational + creative ways to use props to support your yoga practice. Led by instructor Suzanne Varco, this 90 minute workshop will be focused on refining your form, preventing injury, and bringing more playfulness and presence into your practice The first will be held at our Mission Valley location this next Friday, the 16th.... The second will be held at our Eastlake location, on Saturday the 24th (more info to come). Early bird pricing is available now, until the day of each workshop.
