Salon Reopening June 1st, 2020 Dear Tangelo Salon (Hairstyles by Lisa Saechao) community, Please be patient as I will be reaching out to you individually to book your appointments. Adapting to the changes has been more overwhelming than I anticipated. The salon policies and procedures have been updated in compliance with guidelines set forth by the CDC, OSHA and Board of Barbering and Cosmetology to ensure the safety of our clients and stylist. I want to thank Erica and Jen f...or all they have done. Compliance with the established guidelines are mandatory or your appointment will be CANCELLED. Your health and safety is our top priority! PLEASE inform me prior to arriving for your appointment if you answer Yes to the following: Do you have: Fever cough shortness of breath or difficulty of breathing sore throat muscle aches or chills loss of taste or smell Headache Do you live with anyone or have been exposed to anyone who tested positive for COVID-19? Here are some changes: Everyone will be pre-screened upon arrival (Including temperature check and liability waiver) Required to sanitize before entering the salon Face mask is to be worn at all times. Please bring an extra mask if you’re receiving color services It will likely get wet and stained I will be offering disposable mask for $1 Stations spaced at least 6 feet apart NO complimentary drinks will be offered NO WAITING ROOM. Please wait in your car until you’re called in NO additional guest will be allowed in due to salon occupancy restrictions Clients should arrive no later than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in cancellation. Appointments cancelled under 48 hours may result in a 50% service charges NO major color changes at this time due to time constraints Not accepting new clients at this time I know salon is suppose to be a nice gateway from your daily stress but this COVID-19 event has changed our industry completely. These protective measures are temporary until further notified by the state. If you’re not ready to come in, I completely understand. Thank you for your patience during this time. We’ve made some changes due to COVID-19 Dear Clients, Due to the Shelter in Place extension by the Governor, our salon will remain closed until further notice. I apologize in advance as we all are trying to navigate this uncharted territory. For your health and mine, all appointments in May are cancelled. I will keep a call list to reach out to you all once the order is lifted. June appointments will remain the same but is subject to change. ... If you’re interested in a take home color kit please let me know. This is for single root color touch up only. These kits are premeasured, include a few accessories, and cost $55. If you’re running out of Davines/Eleven Shampoo, conditioner, or hair supplies please reach out to me. I can drop it off at your door or it can be picked up curbside at the salon. Thanks everyone for the support and understanding of these difficult times. We all want this to be over soon and to see everyone healthy in our chair. Please contact me if you have any questions.
