Today, we are happy to announce that we are finally able to open our doors again to welcome you into our home! Hacienda de Vega Encinitas and Carlsbad will begin serving in-house dining tomorrow Thursday May 21 at 12noon. Please, please, please understand that there are many restrictions and guidelines that we must adhere to and follow in order to maintain social distancing standards, cleaning and sanitation.... We will do our very best to provide adequate direction and have prepared guides for everyone to stay informed. All of these new policies and procedures have added many new steps of service that we must all learn to implement so that we can all enjoy ourselves AND stay safe.
