Do you ever get social media non-profit envy? We do. Seems like so many are doing so much! But guess what? We are doing a lot too. Head on over too our website and sign up for our monthlyish newsletter - sometimes there is a bonus one! You never know. This month it is about wildflowers, where to find them, and one very special perennial. Guess who?

Glorious day at the @livinglearninglandscapes. Finally a volunteer work day. Easy to social distance and so lovely to hear the great plant conversations. Volunteering has always been my favorite way to make friends! The garden we put in two years ago is really thriving. We have two more to install this spring.Livinglearninglandscapes.com for free planting and irrigation plans. Wanna join a work day? We are out there every Friday at 10. Let us know you are coming [email protected]. #habitatcorridorproject #californianativeplants

Broom pulling season day 1! With a couple of new volunteers! We cleared about 100 square feet in between rain showers and checked our work from the past two years. This property in San Rafael abuts China Camp State Park. We are hoping to have tours and larger work days once Covid is under control. It’s a beautiful spot covered in giant Arctostaphylos manzanita. It will be a great demonstration property one day. French broom is such a terrible invasive. A reminder to be careful what you plant that is not native to your area- especially if you are near wild lands. #californianativeplants #frenchbroombegone #frenchbroom #volunteers #nonprofitorganization #nonprofit
