For those of you that missed our live announcement last night I wanted to recap my gratitude to our community! First and foremost a huge thank you to all our clients, friends and families who continue to support our annual Christmas adoption program. For the fifth year we have been able to serve families who are struggling or facing a hardships during the holidays. Year after year you step up and shower them with the true holiday spirit of giving. I am in absolute awe of... the outpouring of love and support for this program Today we continue to give to others in need. There are so many struggling due to the pandemic. A friend recently posted a plea for support; we deeply felt the desperation and fear throughout the community. My response to her plea is to pledge $2500 to Nuevo Grill and Cantina as well as Ramona Cafe. This pledge is dedicated to anyone that works in the Ramona Unified School District. H5 Financial has a true passion for serving our district and community and this is another way of saying thank you to them, while supporting two amazing women that I call friends during such trying times. Sonja Steiner and Sandy Gruber-Narde. I encourage any other business owners who have not been impacted by the pandemic to join me in service. Call the Ramona Cafe, Nuevo Grill and Cantina or any other struggling business and join me with your own contributions. I would love to see our teachers tabs grow beyond my contribution! I never tire of the beauty of our town. While driving home, noticing the changing of the leaves, the families putting up Christmas decorations, I was once again filled with gratitude for where we live. With this being Thanksgiving week it's the perfect time to share ways to practice gratitude. I love this Germany Kent quote It’s a funny thing about life, once you begin to take note of the things you are grateful for, you begin to lose sight of the things that you lack.
