This morning was our first Rug Bug class outdoors and it went amazingly. All classes will be held outdoors for the next three weeks while we’re in the Purple Tier. Bring warm clothes and your mask and let’s tumble!

It is inverted week at Gymtowne Coastside. Handstands are the perfect example of being inverted. Handstands are done everywhere in Gymnastics! Floor, vault, bars, and balance beam! Boys equipment uses them too on parallel bars, pommel horse, and rings!Charting is next week! Here is a cool reminder of everything it takes to do a great handstand!

Gymtowne Gymnastics Coastside will be closed for classes Monday, April 2 through Saturday, April 7 for Spring Break. Classes will resume on Monday, April 9. See you back at the gym next week!
