GT Foundations does a lot more than you might know we do a broad range of projects related to foundations. Here we have a crawlspace encapsulation that was done in Del Mar, C.A. The reason these clients called us for an inspection was because they had a strong musty smell coming from the crawlspace. When we tested it for humidity, it was registering at 65%+ humidity. After the encapsulation we did another test and we got a reading of 45%. The smell was completely gone and the clients where really happy with their newly encapsulated crawlspace. Here we are installing a Helical Pile to the side of a failing foundation. How does it work? We fix this sinking foundation problem by chipping the edge of the concrete slab, giving us adequate space to later add-on the underpinning bracket to the top of the pile. We will then bolt our bracket to the foundation and then use hydraulic jacks raising the foundation to its proper height. Often times we get calls asking us the proper way to raise a failing foundation, and this is a perfect example on how we do this. #GoliathTech #HelicalPileSystem #Patent
