IMMEDIATE OPENING! Griffin Soil Group, Materials Division is looking for Class A Pneumatics truck drivers with Double Endorsement And Tanker Endorsement in Stockton, CA. Driver must hold a current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and valid CDL Medical Certificate in his/her possession and on file with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Paid weekly. Direct Deposit available. The following applies to be considered for employment: -Drive pneumatics to transport and deliver... materials to ready-mix plants and construction projects. This includes load and unload pneumatic trailers with bulk product; connect and disconnect product hoses; being able to operate a blower (PTO) and knowing the pressure system and reading of pressure gauges. - Accurately maintain Drivers Logs as required by the law (Electronic Logs). -Properly conduct a pre and post trip inspection of the vehicles operated that day. -Must be able to obtain TWIC Card. -To turn in all necessary paperwork to the main office on a weekly basis including weekly safety bulletins. Duties also include the ability to: Maneuver truck in limited space Constantly be aware of possible hazards (you are the mixer operators eyes) Effectively communicate with others on site including equipment operators Assist operators in equipment maintenance when requested Participate in Tailgate Meetings Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
