We have carefully prepared for the reopening of our office and would like to share with you some important protective measures we are taking to ensure safety for you and our staff. WE ARE OPEN! With the rapidly evolving situation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and under the guidelines of the Santa Clara County, we have reopened both our Milpitas & Cupertino location on Sunday, May 3rd in order to provide needed eye and vision care to our patients. To help keep both our employees and patients safe, we have implemented the following safety measures:... 1. Temperature check will be done on everyone entering the office (both staff and patients). 2. All staff and patients will be required to wear a face mask. 3. Social distancing will be practiced by reducing the number of patients seen per hour. We will be monitoring the number of occupants in the office to ensure everyone in the office is at a safe distance between one another. In addition, we will be ramping up our already strict disinfection policies and we will continue to monitor and abide by all local, state and, federal guidelines.
