Noah is one of our most special goats at Goatlandia. He is SO special, we feature him as the illustrated face on our merchandise! Lately, his health is declining. Your donations will help fund medical tests and lab work. Noah has been with us for many years and today he is 11 years old. He is an alpine Nubian mix. We noticed he started to look really thin lately, and we are not sure what is going on. We're doing lab work and tests to figure out why. We are also fine tuning hi...s food and diet to help improve his health and body condition. He still has a lot of life left in him and we want him to be as happy as can be. We visited Healdsburg Montessori School (ages 2.5-5.5) with our goats, Mocha and Chili and our rooster, Grimmy. We had an amazing time introducing our goat kids to the human kids! We received these adorable thank you cards which totally made our day!

Goatlandia is taking a field trip to volunteer and help our friends out at Blackberry Creek Farm Animal Sanctuary! We will be at the @theburgerpatch (2301 K St, Sacramento) tomorrow, May 6th from 11:30-1:30pm. @blackberrycreek will be bringing Goose and Maverick, the two rescue dairy cows they are fostering for us to their Big Day of Giving event!! Come join us for some delicious plant-based food and a shake created by The Burger Patch in their honor!!!

Henrietta just came back from UC Davis, her ulcers have flared up again which makes it painful for her to eat. As a piglet, Henrietta was badly burned and couldn’t walk. The meds she took as a baby unfortunately caused a lifelong battle with ulcers. We love her so much, and we hope you can donate any amount and help our girl get back to being healthy and happy.

Duncan was by far the sweetest, most gentle goat here at Goatlandia. He was born in a dairy farm 6 years ago, and was very sick as a kid. We brought him to Goatlandia and nursed him back to health with tons of love, good healthy food, probiotics, and plenty of hugs. Duncan had an aggressive form of oral cancer; giant cell, and it was inoperable and unremovable due to the involvement in his jaw. Up to his very last day, he was eating and happy and wagging his tail, but the blo...od loss from the vascular tumor was making him weak and causing his heart rate to increase dramatically. We decided we wanted his last day to be a beautiful one, and we helped him transition surrounded by family and friends. I cradled his head in my hand, and my head touched his, and I cried as he passed. A lot. I will miss him so much. We love you Duncan. We are honored to have known you and shared life with you. You will always be remembered and loved. Say hi to Marco and the rest of the Goatlandia family up there across the Rainbow Bridge. Rest peacefully and play forever, sweet Saanen... Some of you know him from visiting the farm and some of you got to know him through our social media. We hope Duncan's life inspired you and also educated people about the cruel fate of male goats in the dairy industry. We are very touched by everyone who loved him. We welcome donations in memory of Duncan. You'll keep his memory alive, and your gifts will save more male goats who deserve to live and know love.

We’d like to talk to the manager, our food bowl is empty. Part of having broad breasted turkeys at Goatlandia is maintaining their diet and weight. Sadly, they are bred to grow really BIG really fast ! (some turkeys can get up to 50+lbs) We want Ryan, Piper, and Lucky Laurie to be able to live a long happy life so controlling their diet (and weight) is a must.
