Guess what’s being brewed up today??!? You got it, Ménage, our Belgian Tripel with tons of hand-peeled mandarins from our farm! We use just the zest so it’s a bit laborious to peel a few hundred pounds of these beauties, but we think it’s worth it! The fruit is grown about 50’ from the brewhouse and picked moments before needed (just time to wash and peel)! Stay tuned for the release date...
