Gilberts Auto Remedy

This is a post made by one of our great customers: I know it's kind of long, but it's worth the read, please! I mentioned on my page, a couple of days ago, that my car needed a new radiator, and it was going to be quite expensive. The price of the radiator was very reasonable. But my car's engine is so cramped under the hood, that it's quite a long time to get the job done. So labor makes up most of the cost. Well, I got my car back yesterday morning. no problem with the radi...ator. I went to the Cancer & Infusion Center to get my infusion, in my car. Every thing was cool! When I came out it would not start. I had plenty of juice, but it seemed my starter was shot. I had a new one put in not that long ago. Well, I called the shop and told them what was up. The owner came to where I was, with his jumper device. But no dice! It didn't need a jump. He took the cable off the battery and cleaned it, and we tried and tried, but it would not start. So, I called AAA and had it towed to his shop again. He and I sat in his car, wearing our masks, for almost an hour, until AAA showed up. We were in A/C and listening to some live Pink Floyd that was out of this world. Then we went to the shop and I told him, it was very close to closing, so tomorrow will be fine to check my car out. He then took me home. The next morning about nine o'clock, they called and said your car's fixed. Come and get it! So I did! When I got there, they said, it was just a loose wire on my starter. so, they fixed it, and sent me on my way, no charge. My point is some shops are not honest and could have told me anything as to what was wrong. These guys went the extra mile the night before, helping me there, and fixing my car and said, have fun! I'm sold on this place and these folks showing a kind, helpful attitude and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. You can't do any better than that! Who am I speaking about?
