Open Enrollment is in full swing and many of the same problems are occurring with the computer systems. It is MUCH easier to work with a broker to get your application submitted. We've been through it two years in a row now and have alternate work-arounds when things don't go right. Plus, we have extensive knowledge of the plans and options, as well as the ACA (Affordable Care Act aka Obamacare) requirements.
