Interesting read
This is a wonderful article about CST. Just an interesting piece, this therapy works to induce the parasympathetic system (the automatic mechanism spinning dail...y to keep u breathing, digesting, energy flow) by facilitating the release of tension in fascia along the spine, cranium, sacrum. Psychoactive medication seek to mask the sympathetic system, which alerts the body. During CST, I have witnessed PTSD clients go deep into their trauma without a word being said. They fall asleep and the movement of their CNS says it all....while they are simply napping. I have deep respect for this practice as it truly works with the individual’s own healing mechanism (the all-knowing part inside of us) to guide the session. I don’t have all the answers, but I am a good listener. Seems to keep working! If you know someone that struggles with PTSD, I would love to work with them for relief of the tormenting symptoms Love and joy to you on this rainy Wednesday

Hi everyone :) For the month of December I will have gift certificates available for you to purchase... as a way to treat the ones you LOVE. I am inserting my half hour plus coupon in 'em too. I hope you all find warmth in the cold times upon us
Craniosacral therapy is what drew me into learning about how to work with the body. My first CST therapist placed her hands on me eight years ago and I felt so comfortable and supported being in my own space, I experienced a profound awakening. My respect for the body and its Inner Wisdom continues to grow as I delve deeper into this technique that lights the way for health. Its gentle, but incredibly effective for treating precise points of restriction within the body. I all...ow myself to be directed by the tissue of my client rather than forcing what I believe should be done. Pairing craniosacral with Thai massage (the magic of being on the floor) and we have a marriage of two humble approaches to moving energy and strengthening the body. Interesting read, please send questions or comment what you think about the reading. I love to geek out on this stuff.

Goodmorning y’all. In case you didn’t know, my massage studio is located above an art gallery I run with my three lady partners. We will be open on Saturday 9/1, doing our work. I will be available for massage that day, walk-ins ok Come and try on some beautiful vintage clothing from Felicia’s collection. Or perhaps you would like to have a watercolor portrait done by miss Chelsea America? Zoe’s paintings will mesmerize what’s left of your mind after a massage. ... Come one, come all, and witness it yourself! 1321 J st. Modesto Ca 9/1. 11-3pm
Hi! Thank you for the new likes y'all. Welcome Working on the floor/mat gives me an elevated position at times so I can apply the right amount of relaxed pressure. If your work has you seated or driving often, this is the move for you! The low back and pelvic floor melt after the gluts release. I prepare this move by making sure the muscles and the tendons running down the legs have been worked through. The energy opens, drawing in through the right, exiting the left. Taking new clients always. PhotoCred- Chris Garcia of Myth&Arrow Press
What do I love so much about this move? The heel becomes a fulcrum for the client's relief of tight hips/low back pain. I connect with the reflexes I am aware of as the heel is reflexive of the hip anyways. So its like double the power, or a secret key unlocking the energy of the space (as well as the top of the IT band and beginning of the quads). I make sure my heel is snug in the hip socket and then I lock the leg with my leg and just lean forward. wa-lah! it unwinds the low back as there are many muscles that attach into the pelvis/hip area. the body's natural weight causes the hip to melt around my heel as the client eases into the position. Big difference after a few cycles of this stretch!
