Good Evening Friends and Family, Starting tomorrow (12/6/2020), we are back to take out only. The information that pertains to us is the following:... "The public health order takes effect at 12:59 p.m. on December 5. Thereafter, if a region falls below the 15 percent ICU threshold, it will have 24 hours to implement the Stay at Home Order." Restaurants: Allow only for take-out or pick-up. "The Regional Stay at Home Order would be in effect for 3 weeks after the trigger and instructs Californians to stay at home as much as possible" Praying for everyone to get through this safe and health. Good News!! We are all set for tomorrow. Mom finally had a reason to smile. She is relieved to be able open. See you all tomorrow!!

Good Evening Family and Friends It's amazing all the stories I have heard about why we are not open. Here is the simple story. Wed 6:20am, the grill's grease trap caught on fire. The fire was small, put out by 6:35am once discovered. Never got hot enough to even set off the sprinklers. Someone passing by saw the fire and called the fire department. They got there after the fire was already out but since they were called, it set in motion a bunch of other events. Health Depart...ment was called to report and inspect. They saw nothing major but the fire department seemed to want to make a bigger deal out of it. Remember, they didn't even put out a fire. Anyway, I told the health department that we would call out the Gas company to inspect and repair the grill. Gas company tells we have a slight leak and promptly shutdown all the gas to the building. Today, a plumbing company came out and tried to detect the leak. No leak could be found so they believe the leak is in a pipe burried in the slab. This leak has probably been there for a while, wasn't what started the grease fire but we want to comply for everyones safety. They then informed us they couldn't do the repair after $175 for the inspection (which we anticipated would have been put against the service of repair). So we had to find another company that will be out tomorrow (another $150 to start plus hourly). The grill has already been repaired. What this means is that we will lose another day to this. On top of that. if we don't get inspected tomorrow, we will be closed all weekend since of course neither the health department or the gas company will inspect after 5pm tomorrow. Yes, my mom is beyond frustrated. We do apologize. I honestly don't remember the last time we closed back to back days much less with the possibility up to 5 days now. Again, thank you everyone for your support and we miss our great customers. Hope to see you all soon.
