Who says you can’t be blonde in the winter? I’ve been reading a theory that says it’s better to be highlighted in the winter and dark and in the summer. Apparently because in the summer you are already in the sun and getting overall lighter, while in the winter you need assistance (highlights) to brighten you up. what do you think?
