Our ears, hands, faces are only a few areas that are microcosms (smaller representations) of what is going on with our health. #Mission30forLife Our earth is 70% water, as well as our bodies. That is so interesting to me. Water is THE MOST valuable resource on this earth, and one of THE MOST important substances with which we nourish ourselves. We can live without food, much longer than we can live without. In East Asian Medicine, we learn that after the age of 30, we get our life energy from pure water and food . This is the very first step to health. Our diet (water and food) impacts ...our body composition more than exercise! Food has strong emotional connections. #Mission30forLife day 9: If you have any of these symptoms, it’s possible that the water that you’re drinking isn't hydrating the aguaporin in your cells nor flushing your body properly. Our bodies remove toxins through sweating, urinating, breathing, vomiting, defecating.... . This water encourages the pyloric spincter to open and to release the toxins. ... One of the first things that friends who try this water, notice is that they do not bloat, are more regular and their skin is noticeably more hydrated. Several hand sanitizers have been RECALLED recently because there are sanitizers on the shelf that are NOT safe, not effective, and toxic-some say deadly. There is a list of over 160 recalled hand sanitizers. The list keeps growing. I was shocked when I saw that a lot of these hand sanitizers are familiar brands that I have seen being sold locally. These products contain deadly ingredients such as methanol and 1-proponal. (not the same as iso-proponal). There is also a large amount of hand sanitizers that don’t have enough percentages of the right kind of alcohol to be effective. I am grateful to be able to have chemical free, safe and effective hand sanitizer on tap!
