This is truly what's wrong with the United States of America today! This is why the people of the United States of America have to take a stand and stop lobbyi...sts and politicians from destroying this country! The tax laws in this country are written for the ultra-wealthy and rich in this country! For the past 50 plus years taxes have been continually dropping for the wealthy and the rich but not for the poor and middle class! Our capitalistic system has become greedy and is catered only to the wealthy! The only way I can see to fix his problem is one to have set term limits and make laws the don't allow the lobbyists and politicians line their pockets at the expense of the American taxpayer which is you and me! Remember who writes the laws the politicians do and they make laws based on who they are politically affiliated with could be pharmaceuticals could be big oil could be some ultra rich in the top .1 percent. Here's what I do know that they didn't make those laws to benefit you and me the American taxpayer so the best thing you can do it's just stop believing all their lies and elect people and change laws and give this country back to the majority! The best thing we can do for this country is to vote out these incumbents that have made careers out of being politicians and 2 volt people in that represent you and me! The information provided below was on CBS this morning! 2018 the 400 richest families in the United States paid a tax rate of 23%. 2018 the bottom half of us households pay 24%. It's interesting that the back in 1980 those riches 400 families pay the tax rate of 47% you go back to 1960 it was 56% so it's been cut virtually in half the top 400 families in this country now have more wealth than the bottom 60%! this means that a billionaire actually pays less taxes then someone who is in the poor and middle class! This should make all of us very mad and upset on what this country has become. Change will only happen if you all get out and vote and demand things to change! If not take a look at what the last 50 years of political corruption has done to the United States of America! If you want change please pass this on if not that's okay too continue the course! NEAR HOPKINS SCHOOL WHERE I WENT TO KINDERGARTEN AND THE SPORTS FIELD ACROSS THE STREET! I CROSSED THE SPORTS FIELD EVERY DAY, ABOUT 4 TIMES A DAY GOING AND COMING FROM ST. BONIFACE. YES, WE CAME HOME FOR LUNCH. QUITE A WALK FOR AN HOUR LUNCH! HOWEVER, I WAS NEVER LATE. AND WE WERE AT CHURCH EARLY FOR MORNING MASS. THE KIDS AT THE HOPKINS SCHOOL YELLED CATLICKER AT ME EVERY TIME I WENT BY. I JUST IGNORED THEM.
