To My Dearest Clients About a month ago now, we made the choice to close the salon for what we were thinking was one weekend to possibly a week due to the recent COVID-19 Pandemic. And then the announcement came that salons and barbershops were among the businesses that had to close up shop effective immediately for the safety of Stylists and you, our Clients. We were not sure how long this lock down would happened, and then we got the news that it was being moved to the... end of April. I know many of you had to cancel your appointments, and we prayed on being able to reschedule them later in April, seeing as this would have been my last month as your stylist due to my upcoming move! With my last day at the Salon scheduled to be May 1st. I’ve made the difficult decision to go forward with moving on early from Get Doll’d Up. With tears in my eyes, but the fullest heart, I wanted to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for the support, the business, and the friendship over my last 3 years at Get Dolled Up. You’ve changed my life in so many ways, and I’m so blessed to have been your Stylist. Bobbie, the fearless leader and owner of The Doll House, is keeping the doors shut for your safety with the hope and optimism that you’ll soon be able to fill the Salon again. I will be giving your contact information to her so you can remain a Doll, and support the amazing salon Bobbie worked so hard to create. If you have any questions, Please Message Me. I can also give you Bobbie’s Information if I hadn’t already. Lastly, I wanted to say Thank You to Bobbie. Without you, my dreams would have been just that, Dreams. I told you at 15 years old of my dream to become a stylist and you supported me every step of the way, through cosmetology school, and welcoming me into your salon the day after I got my license. You’ve been the best Mentor a Girl could ever ask for and I’m so grateful and in debt to you. Beyond that, you’ve been my Big Sister (and Stylist) for the last 15 years of my life.
